Tenley is a senior and this is her third year as a part of the Advanced Journalism staff. She can usually be found on the sidelines at any sporting event taking photos as the Catalyst Chief Photographer, or up in the booth helping live stream games. Tenley is also part of the Striv Academy, and is a communications intern with Millard Public Schools. After high school she plans to study digital media or sports journalism.

High school baseball could be a whole new experience for players and teams without the mercy rule. It would allow schools to attain more records, and give teams down by a big deficit the chance to make a comeback.

Boys soccer sat atop the podium in 2009 and 2015, bringing home two State Championships. In 2007 and 2009, the girls soccer team won State, but has been even more dominant in recent years as they added three more trophies to their collection in 2013, 2015 and 2019.

On November 5, Senior Evan Meyersick signed his letter of intent, officially committing to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as a walk-on to play football. Meyersick joined the football team during the end of his sophomore year and  has since been putting in countless hours of work to develop his skills as a wide receiver. During his time as a member of the Wildcat football team, Meyersick has racked up a total of 13 catches, 244 yards and one touchdown.

The Chicago Seven are all from different backgrounds and belong to separate organizations, but in the eyes of the prosecution and Judge Julius Hoffman, they are all the same—members of the “radical left.”

For non-eligible voters, finding ways to stay informed on voting can be hard, especially for those who aren’t getting a solid education on politics, government and civics. Theres multiple ways for students to keep up with the elections, campaigns and candidates in order to be prepared for when they can step up to the plate and vote.
