Kayla posts often on her TikTok for her large following so she can both maintain and grow her following. After she went viral a few times, her following has skyrocketed and her followers love watching videos of her and her boyfriend. “Some of my videos got tons of views,” Kayla said. “So then I just kept making more and then my account kept growing. I feel that I influence others based off of a healthy relationship that others can look up to.”

She celebrated Diwali “festival of lights” on November 14th. “This day celebrates the return on Rama, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, and his wife Sita, an avatar of Goddess Lakshmi, to Ayodhya,” senior Shreeya Mishra said. “ After his 14 years in exile, Rama returns after defeating the evil Ravana, which is why this day celebrates good over evil. Because of their return the residents of Ayodhya had a celebration and lit clay lamps.”

Brandenburg has recently taken up the hobby of playing the ukulele again and shares their music during lunch. “It makes me feel really happy when people listen to me at lunch,” Chloe Brandenburg said. “I am very good at trashing on myself, so it’s a welcome change.”

He has been going to the gym since middle school, where he lost 40 pounds and gained it all back in muscle. “My main focus in fitness has been bodybuilding,” Lagemann said. “A lot of what I post can be translated into strength training, conditioning or weight loss.”
