The dynamic duo celebrates a kill with a high five during a crucial moment in the game against Norfolk. Their leadership and teamwork will continue to inspire the Wildcats in their final high school season. “Every time I’m on the court I’m just excited to be there,” Hart said. “I feel so blessed to have such a great team of girls to play with this year and next year in college.”

During the after-school meetings, Lillian Gentlemen and her group worked on a huge shark poster to match the theme. They worked on the poster for multiple meetings which were two hours long. “I like being involved with the school, l meeting new people and sharing my ideas. Sophomore Lily Gentlemen said.  “We all have our own little responsibilities that we need to fulfill for Homecoming. So for example I made the shark poster so I had to work with a team and make sure it was going to get done in time.”

Sharing a quiet connection, Nova brightens the library with every gentle touch. Her dedicated handler, librarian Mrs. Gehrke guides her through her visits helping students de-stress during the school year. “ I just want to make sure that students feel safe at school and I know that Nova can ensure everyone feels that way,” Gehrke said. “Nova's gentle presence makes the library a sanctuary of peace for everyone who visits.”
