Starting her sophomore year at Millard West, Makayla is onto her first year in the CATalyst staff. She’s hoping to create several broadcasts this year and explore other story types that she wouldn’t normally choose to help expand her knowledge of writing. Outside of the journalism class, you will find that she enjoys spending time with friends, shopping and even reading in her free time.
