Daylight Saving Time may appear to be harmless to your health but can cause extreme damage physically and mentally. Society no longer needs the sun to work at early hours in the morning but we do need it to stay healthy. DST negatively affects people’s sleep schedules leading to heart attacks and sometimes death.
