At the Jo Dusatko Omaha Central invite, Kephart ran the the 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash and 4x1. “This was my first season doing track and one thing I can say is that it taught me how important it is to take care of yourself, especially your mental health,” Kephart said. “Running is very mentally challenging, especially when you are trying to live up to others expectations, trying to manage school and not burnout. The pressure that was put on me during track definitely tested my love for this sport.”
