Wildcats fall to Warriors in State semis

Freshman Norah Gessert dribbles passed Gretna defenders. Gessert had seven points against the Westside Warriors in their 53-33 win. After one of our best pregames we had during the season we knew we were going to have a good game, sophomore Addie Klahn said. Everyone did what they were supposed to and it was a great team win.

No worries against the Warriors

Sophomore Lucy Schonlau being guarded by senior Laney Schipper in the Westside vs Millard West game. Schipper and Schonlau combined for 31 points in this game. “We all just played the best we could and never gave up till the end,” sophomore Effie Golliday. “I just hope we can take that momentum to the rest of our season.”
