Her time at Scooters has come with many memorable moments which she’s able to laugh about with her coworkers. “The most rewarding part is all the friends I got out of working there,” Lentz said. “All of us, especially the high schoolers, are close and we share lots of fun memories and inside jokes together.”

Sitting among the stairs at the infamous Roman Theatre in Jordan, junior Sarah Qaud journeys throughout the country to popular attractions such as this one. Taking a trip to visit her family living outside of the United States, Qaud spent 38 days outside of the country this summer. “The Roman Theater is mindblowing, and it was so interesting how Jordans would just sit and walk around it normally, whereas I was acting like a whole tourist,” Qaud said. “There are no words to describe how much I enjoyed it.”

Grachek starts making his crepes at the Dandelion pop-up on 13th and Howard. Downtown gets busy during brunch. Last weekend in one day we sold about 60 crepes. I don’t know what Millard Days will look like. It’s sort of like fair food and we have competition with basic fried food.
